Tim Parker, BHT
Tim is the Co-Founder of In It For The Cause Foundation. Tim has a personal passion for the addiction and recovery field. Tim is a certified Wilderness First Responder (WFR), received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, and went on to a successful career in management. His own triumph over addiction led him into the treatment field and allows him to provide empathy, support, and compassion for his clients. Tim has continued his education and is presently working towards his Masters Degrees in Addiction Counseling and Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Tim facilitates a Spirituality Group as well as Celebrate Recovery (CR), a God based 12-step program for a recovery facility located in Prescott, AZ. Tim is also involved with Celebrate Recovery (CR) in Gilbert, Arizona where he works with men and women in all stages of addiction.
Tim is a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, the Author of “How To Resolve Interpersonality Conflicts Within The Work Place” & “My Beliefs, My Actions, My Outcomes”, is a Personal Trainer and Third Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. Tim has a healthy love for God, Mental and Physical Fitness and can be found in the gym, study, or with his children. Tim’s belief is that recovery is a life changing process that involves every aspect of an individual’s life. His goal is to inspire his clients to be authentic, transparent, and vulnerable.

In addition to his work as Co-Founder of In It For The Cause Foundation, Pete works as Executive Director of A Dual Diagnosis treatment facility in Prescott, AZ. A committed father and gratefully recovering Opiate addict and Alcoholic, Pete understands the mechanics of addiction and the challenges it poses to a stable and functioning life.
Mr. Stewart has participated in the development and implementation of various modalities and specialty tracks designed to maximize the results and effectiveness of the In It for the Cause Foundation Outreach Programs. Pete is committed to remaining teachable and growing and shifting the program to accommodate new thinking, ensuring that we provide the most effective environment for those struggling from both life controlling addiction and co-occurring disorders.
Attention to detail, strong leadership skills and a genuine and passionate ability to effectively communicate his experience, strength and hope have earned the respect and loyalty of the community and staff. It is Pete’s mission to nurture a supportive and professional team in leaving “no stone unturned” in their collective efforts to combat the behaviors and underlying issues that stand between individuals seeking care and lasting victory and restoration through recovery.
